Art Direction

[two_third]
“Can you make it look modern and edgy but old-school retro?”

As an Art Director, I’m here to supervise and unify the overall visual appearance of a project – how it communicates visually, stimulates moods, contrasts features, and psychologically appeals to a target audience. I am the key decision maker for visual elements and artistic style to use,and when to use.

Branding & Identity

“I want my logo to be the next Nike Swoosh!”

ThisThe recognition and perception of a brand is highly influenced by its visual presentation. A brand’s visual identity is the overall look of its communications. Effective visual brand identity is achieved by the consistent use of particular visual elements to create distinction, such as specific fonts, colors, and graphic elements. At the core of every brand identity is a brand mark, or logo.

Illustration

Can you trace this photo so I don’t have to buy the rights to use it?”

You know those times where words or photographs just aren’t enough to express an idea? Or maybe they would just feel too ordinary or overly complex? Illustration is the answer. It brings to life a seemingly abstract idea, emotion, or message in a unique and impactful way. Whether you need spot illustrations for advertisements, greeting cards, posters, books, magazines or some t-shirt designs, I’ll put my mind (and hands) to work for you.

Concept Development

Print

“I found this image on Google Images. Can i get it blown up to a wall-sized banner?”

Its ink on paper… Well, ink on any kind of substance i guess. In the end, it’s anything that manifests itself in the physical world. I can design for that. Whether it’s books, CDs, ads, posters, brochures, business cards, letter head, t-shirts. You name it, I can help you make it.

Web Design

“I have this awesome website idea. It’ll be bigger than Facebook!”

Web design encompasses many different skills and disciplines in the production and maintenance of websites. The different areas of web design include web graphic design; interface design; authoring, including standardized code and proprietary software; user experience design; and search engine optimization. Often many individuals will work in teams covering different aspects of the design process, although some designers will cover them all.[1] The term web design is normally used to describe the design process relating to the front-end (client side) design of a website including writing mark up. Web design partially overlaps web engineering in the broader scope of web development. My role in this process is deesigning a look and feel for your web projects and I’d mostly liekly get a trusted web dveloper to halp complete the visions.
